.cursorrules has been deprecated in favour of .mdc format for rules within .cursor/rules directory remove deprecated .cursorrules split rules into separate .mdc files

I guess file organization might be on the chopping block? Not sure how usable it will be, especially if we are thinking about IA rewrites soon. |

Also to think more about it , there seems to be a standard emerging for these kind of instructions Maybe we can use this opportunity to write comprehensive general purpose instruction file & then just route cursor to it's files |
