Changes:

• add MPC to the front docs page
• add link to Open Source -> Apify MCP server

Bug: GitHub URL Missing Organization Prefix

The GitHub URL for 'Apify MCP Server' (https://github.com/apify-mcp-server) is inconsistent with other Apify repository links. It's missing the apify/ organization prefix, which means it points to a user/organization instead of a repository, likely resulting in a 404.
