Base Mainnet deployment with hardhat ignition.

The factory was deployed at 0x26dCd29390eba3B22BcCbd2143989E5994Ac7050 (as expected) with the create2 strategy.

I had to change the public rpc for Base Mainnet, because the original one was silently failing the deployment
