feat: Travel Chat

Description

This pull request adds a Travel Chat feature to the website:

• Full-page background image for immersive experience
• Left-side chatbox for user messages
• Right-side traveler image on the right side for visual appeal
• Tagline above chat: "Make your plans here, and memories at the destination!"
• Updated index.html link to navigate to chat.html

All changes are tested locally and responsive. This feature improves user engagement by allowing users to interact while planning their trips.
