Reason for pull request
To add the NAMD application documentation page to the Table Of Content (TOC) and a page namd.md to the book/software/applications directory.
What has been changed?
Add a line to the -toc.md with the path to the NAMD documentation and the file namd.md. The style of the other documentation pages was copied.
