@thimios is the db empty? If not maybe we should call it something like 'starter' or 'demo', etc., instead of 'blank'.

There is a demo db already in https://github.com/archivesspace/archivesspace/tree/master/build/mysql_db_fixtures this is meant to be the db that you get if you just run all migrations, it is not empty, but it is blank in the sense of "blank canvas", the one you begin with. Perhaps we can come up with a better name, can we do that in a separate ticket as it would require changes on both the tech-docs and the main repositories?
