Integrate @graphql-yoga/plugin-apollo-inline-trace into HTTP for Apollo's federated tracing

Add support for Apollo's federated tracing by integrating the @graphql-yoga/plugin-apollo-inline-trace plugin.

I considered making a plugin, but plugins seem to rely on envelop's plugin signature - until graphql-hive/envelop#1515 (or something alike) lands - envelop is not capable of supporting this kind of tracing.
