add breaking test for interfering RenameInputObjectFields transforms

Description

After noticing unexpected behavior around RenameInputObjectFields transforms,
the relevant tests on the graphql-tools/wrap package are modified to try and isolate
the issue. This commit introduces two new tests that demonstrate the problem.
@ardatan suggested opening a PR with the new tests. Finding a fix was also
recommended, but progress was not made after debugging.
