v1.4.2 Complete Rework

This started as "just update dependencies" but turned into a rework for better performance and accuracy among other things.

• Performance and memory usage improvements
• Turn on/off stereo channel individually
• Some guidelines now appear on the Y axis

For linux folks that like to build the plugin... if you run into a missing dependency, try cross checking these. I had to add libasound2-dev and libjack-dev this time to get building to work for linux:
libgl1-mesa-dev libglu1-mesa-dev libxcursor-dev libxkbcommon-x11-dev libatk1.0-dev build-essential libgtk-3-dev libxcb-dri2-0-dev libxcb-icccm4-dev libx11-xcb-dev libasound2-dev libjack-dev
