• ci-ansible-molecule.yml caps both jobs with timeout-minutes (molecule
  at 30, discover at 10). A hung run previously reached the GitHub default of
  360 minutes and blocked the consuming repository's pull request for six hours;
  it now fails inside the cap. The 30 minute value is tuned for the
  KVM-accelerated ubuntu-latest default, where scenarios finish in 4-12
  minutes — callers overriding runs_on with a runner that has no /dev/kvm
  fall back to TCG and may need a larger value.
