• security-deps.yml adds Unlicense to the default allowed-licenses.
  dependency-review-action receives an allowlist, so any dependency under a
  license missing from it fails the check even though the denylist only names
  the GPL family. crowdstrike-falconpy is published under the Unlicense and
  blocked arillso/docker.ansible#577. The Unlicense is an OSI-approved,
  FSF-libre public-domain dedication, in the same permissive class as the
  CC0-1.0 and 0BSD entries already listed.
