Bug Report

First few steps

Before reporting a bug or creating an issue, do the following:

1. Avoid duplicates
   look through the issues section (make use of the search box),
   clear out "is:issue is:open" filter tags,
   and make sure a similar bug is not reported by anyone else or already been fixed.
2. You are using the latest version of the Importer
   check it out from the releases section, for your respective OS,
   and up to what version of the SketchUp is supported.

How to report a bug

To report a bug, always use this issue template.

Consider attaching (whichever is applicable)

• A zipped SKP file (less than 10 MB, keep your file size as low as possible), from wherein the issue can be replicated.
• Screenshots (where an image would suffice for a particular bug).
• Log report in either in .log or .txt format. A proper screenshot would also work.

PS: Bug(s) originating from any 3rd-party plug-ins/extension within SketchUp would find the lowest priority during triage.
