Deploy Kubernetes using terraform. Of interest here is terraform.tfvars which can be customized to create a specific Kubernetes cluster. This implementation could be improved to set a Kubernetes configuration per line in a list, so that multiple Kubernetes deployments could be managed side-by-side.

I am not clear if vcn_cidrs needs to be set, or if it has sanitary defautls. I am also not sure why its a list.
Neither a bastion nor operator host is created.
