Sorry I suggested only additions, rather than any deletions! We are additionally supposed to include an "AI usage disclosure" -- I never used any to contributed, but I am not sure if others have!

re-approving, left a very minor note, not sure it is actionable though, the lack of context with which to evaluate the AI section makes me feel unsure about how it will be interpreted

Mostly minor formatting changes, and added a reference to the ArviZ.jl zenodo archive. Otherwise looks good to me!
