This eliminates the mypy and mypy-protobuf dev dependencies and doesn't require poetry to generate the bindings.
In addition, this PR updates init_gen.py to exclude the
*AsyncStubtypes that are added to the grpc .pyi files by the mypy-protobuf plugin (see nipunn1313/mypy-protobuf#489).
