Add docstrings to transform_adapter.py

Adds some docstrings explaining the transformation parameters.

Todo:

• More docstrings on other functions
• Figure out how to forward the docs to where a user would see them (Compiled*Model.with_transform_adapt)?
• Add code example to the docstring showing how to configure a model
