chore(react): fix alignment issues in the components

Purpose

This pull request makes minor updates to the styling of components in the packages/react directory to improve layout consistency and alignment. The changes include adjustments to minimum width and text alignment in specific components.

Styling updates:

• packages/react/src/components/presentation/SignIn/BaseSignIn.tsx: Added a minWidth property with a value of 420px to the card style for consistent layout width.
• packages/react/src/components/presentation/SignUp/BaseSignUp.tsx: Added a minWidth property with a value of 420px to the card style for consistent layout width.
• packages/react/src/components/primitives/FormControl/FormControl.tsx: Added textAlign: 'left' to the containerStyle to ensure proper text alignment.
