refactor: fix SonarCloud issues in autocomplete setup

Summary

This PR refactors the autocomplete setup script to resolve SonarCloud-reported code quality issues and modernize Node.js built-in module imports.

Changes

• Replaced allowedShells array with a Set and updated checks to use Set.prototype.has() as recommended by SonarCloud.

• Converted Node.js built-in imports to use the node: prefix:

  • child_process → node:child_process
  • os → node:os
  • fs → node:fs
  • path → node:path

• No functional or behavioral changes were introduced.
