This MR updates the cell geometry maker to output both electronic and total noise. In both cases the calculated noise can be toggled via the relevant CaloRec flag between calculation types. The default follows what is used in production.
Also added CA config for the cell geometry maker and tidied up/made consistent the existing CA configs.
