Build Instructions

Code is written on the rpi, which runs a flavor of Debian.

Boost Libraries

We use boost libraries v1.6.3. Instructions for building with them is here.

In the makefile there is a flag that points to the installation location of boost libraries. You can change it if you need, but it's recommended you put your boost libraries in /usr/local/boost_1_63_0

I downloaded the *.tar.bz2 file here and in the terminal navigated to /usr/local/ and ran

sudo tar xvjf /path/of/file

Boost isn't included in the git repo because it's like 600 MB+.
