This commit adds a comprehensive set of detailed guides for a wide range of common development platforms. Each guide provides an overview of the technology, key concepts, and best practices for an AI agent. The new platforms include: - Docker - PostgreSQL - JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Vue, Next.js - Python, Django - Go, Rust, C++ - WordPress This commit also adds a `package.json` file and Prettier to the project to ensure consistent formatting for all markdown files.
