Fix docs, redo assets, and add wiki documentation#33

This commit addresses several user requests to improve the repository's documentation and assets. - **Fix Literal Links:** All markdown files were scanned for "literal links" (raw URLs or links with filenames as text). These have been updated to use descriptive link text. This includes `README.md`, `docs/README.md`, and `docs/community.discussions.md`. - **Redo Assets:** The 5 existing logo proposals have been deleted and replaced with 10 new SVG logo proposals. The new logos are based on the user's "box with 'base' inside" concept and use a restful color palette. - **Add Wiki Documentation:** A new documentation file, `docs/community.wiki.md`, has been added to explain the purpose and best practices for using the GitHub Wiki. - **Add Link to Docs:** A link to the main documentation index has been added to the `docs/base.md` file. - **Format Code:** Prettier has been run to ensure consistent formatting across all files. Trailing whitespace has been removed from the new SVG files.
