Summary
This update is required as the shell and tube heat exchanger problem requires dynamic code generation which requires
wmake. This directory is currently stripped from the sources in the docker file. This PR modifies the OpenFOAM install script so it does remove the `$WM_DIR$ directoryRelated Issue
This will help to merge #55
