Fix Ruby logo case-sensitivity issue for production
1e46fd3 
- Renamed Ruby.svg to ruby.svg in light icons directory
- Matches existing lowercase naming convention
- Fixes 404 error on production due to case-sensitive file systems
- Dark directory already had correct lowercase naming
