For unknown reason, it has changes when I run `bundle exec pod install`.
This is NOT an accurate check because OAuth identity can also contribute to standard claims. But it is safer to block adding more than 1 emails, phone numbers, and usernames.

I added a commit to align the button disabled states across the example app.
In web example app, the add buttons are disabled if the corresponding claim is present.
