Setting up a VS Code Development Environment

Install VS Code
Install Docker
Within VS Code, install the Dev Containers extension (ms-vscode-remote.remote-containers)
Clone the repo
Open the directory in VS Code
You'll see a pop notification saying: "Folder contains a Dev Container configuration file. Reopen folder to develop in a container (learn more)."
Click the button: "Reopen in Container"
