G1 group prio should be OT -> M2 -> R2 -> H2 G2 group prio should be MT -> M1 -> R1 -> H1

Same thing here: G1 group prio should be OT -> M2 -> R2 -> H2 G2 group prio should be MT -> M1 -> R1 -> H1
