Description of changes

fix: update Next.js to 16.1.5 to address security vulnerability

Bumps next from ~16.0.0/^16.0.0 to ^16.1.5 across all packages to fix a security vulnerability affecting versions >= 15.6.0-canary.0, < 16.1.5.

Also updated eslint-config-next to ^16.1.5 in examples/next for compatibility.
