This PR adds an an example of DynamoDB Stream integration with Lambda and SNS. It provides both L2 and L3 typescript CDK constructs example usage for working with DynamoDB streams, Lambda for data processing and SNS for sending near real-time email notifications. More details are provided in the README file.
