New standalone sample implemented in python/cloudfront-v2-logging. This sample demonstrates how to use the Amazon CloudFront V2 Standard Logging, documented here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/standard-logging.html

V2 Standard Logging leverages Amazon CloudWatch Logs, and provides integrations into Kinesis, CloudWatch Logs and support for APACHE Hive style partitioned outputs to S3. This represents a significant deviation from the historic approach to log configuration via CDK and CloudFomation.

Please update to use L2 constructs. There are constructs for Distribuction, S3OAI, and even logging.
CDK API: Cloudfront
