This PR updates to nodejs18 to nodejs22.
This has been tested in a multi-region environment (ca-central-1 and ca-west-1), new account successfully created, AWS Config rule tested.
5 custom resources needed to be re-implemented to follow the common pattern that allows CDK Aspects to affect changes to the Lambda functions.
