The SMUS CI/CD Pipeline CLI has been migrated to its own standalone repository at https://github.com/aws/CICD-for-SageMakerUnifiedStudio.
This PR removes all code from the
experimental/SMUS-CICD-pipeline-clidirectory and replaces it with a single README pointing users to the new repo.
