Description of changes:
This PR makes q chat logs dumpable by using
/logdumpcommand that pulls all the logs from where ever they are stored into a zip file in the current directory, as well as any other logs the Service Team would need for investigation.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
