Added code block to describe update_endpoint option in sagemaker model_builder

To address this issue, update_endpoint flag is added in PR: aws/sagemaker-python-sdk#5085
Description of changes:

• Added the example code block to understand the usage of update_endpoint flag added in model_builder.

Testing done:
Tested the code block on studio notebook in personal aws account, after installing pysdk tar with the change mentioned above in Issue
