Will running with --unstable=telemetry-file still work?

yes, we're only deleting a check. but also i tested it
--telemetry-fileoption no longer needs to be included with--unstable=telemetry.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache-2.0 license
