Reason for this change
Resources that can produce vended logs have different prerequisites that need to be configured in order for them to be able to properly send logs (EX: you need to be on the Plus Plan for
CognitoandEventBusrequires that you configure thelogConfigproperty).Description of changes
Added jsdoc section that informs users that they should check the documentation of the service they are attempting to send logs from to see if there are additional configurations they need to do in order to use Vended Logs.
