Description

This PR does the following:

  1. Removes the OTA submodule from the repository (including its corresponding demo)
  2. Updates all the library submodule pointers to the latest LTS version (202406.01 LTS)
  3. Resolves an issue that was encountered while building the jobs-for-aws-iot-embedded-sdk target by rectifying the include directories and the order of building.
  4. Updates the instructions for some demos to make it more clear for the user to use them.
  5. Updates the 3rd party submodule pointers
  6. Updates MbedTLS to v3.5.1 which is not backward compatible with the version that was before the update, hence changes to the API names, File Paths, Macro Names are also made as required.

I confirm that the code is building successfully after the changes. All the existing demos build and run successfully and no new demos are added.
