I realized we're removing the disablement of LinuxX64 tests:

            tasks.named("linuxX64Test") {
                enabled = false
            }

This will break our API ref docs build / anywhere else we don't use aws.kotlin.native=false. I will close this PR for now and rethink how it should be merged
