Motivation and Context

Extends MultipartS3AsyncClient to support multipart downloads for pre-signed URLs, enabling automatic multipart behavior for large object downloads through pre-signed URLs while maintaining single-part downloads for range requests. Delegates to single part download for range requests, multipart download otherwise.

Modifications

MultipartS3AsyncClient: Added presignedUrlExtension() method that returns multipart-enabled extension
MultipartAsyncPresignedUrlExtension: New extension that wraps delegate extension with multipart capabilities
PresignedUrlDownloadHelper: Handles routing between single-part (range specified) and multipart (no range) downloads

Testing

Integration tests in MultipartS3AsyncClientTest verify correct routing behavior.
Functional tests will added in the following PRs when the subscriber is implemented.
