AWS SDK for Java v2

    • Updated endpoint and partition metadata.

  • Bugfixes

    • Add a new backoff strategy that reassembles
      EqualJitterBackoffStrategy and is used to be behavioral backwards
      compatible with the way RetryPolicy behaves for the LEGACY retry
      mode.
    • Allows overrides of the retry strategy for Kinesis clients. Kinesis has its own RetryPolicy that would take precedence over any retry strategy making it impossible to override using a retry strategy.
