telemetry(amazonq): Adding status field to the unit test generation events.

Problem

• Existing Unit test generation has result field but that helps to emit event for buildStatus only.
• We need an additional field to emit the status of user accepted/rejected/cancelled/failed for test generation.

Solution

• Adding additional generic field status to emit the data.
