telemetry(amazonq): remove unused telemetry methods for /doc

Description

1. Removed unused telemetry methods in document generation controller
2. Removed unused insert code/ submit vote/ submit feedback event emitter and listener as /doc doesn't support these feature yet and /doc is using different telemetry API.
