feat(amazonq): add listeners for aws/credentials/token message service

Hook functions to listeners to send appropriate messages upon event.

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Description

Utilize BearerTokenProviderListener to alert the service for onChange and invalidate events.
Token retrieved from ToolkitConnectionManager and sent through to the message service if its the right one.
