Description of changes:
EKS Node Monitoring Agent pod and container logs to be collected by the EKS Logs Collector script

Testing Done
Manually edited the eks logs collector script in "/etc/eks/log-collector-script/eks-log-collector.sh" in a test instance with the NMA pod running.
