Description of changes:
Authentication for ECR public must be done through
us-east-1https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECR/latest/public/public-registry-auth.html, regardless of where the AMI is built. This issue is non-blocking, but it does mean that all current builds using public ECR have been falling back to unauthenticated.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
