feat: add hedera tokens

This PR adds

• the ITS tokens Hedera <-> Base: HBARX, BONZO, DOVU, KBL and PACK
• the Axelar-wrapped USDC token to Hedera

Overview
Adds Hedera support to the Squid token registry by including Axelar-wrapped USDC on hedera and registering five new canonical ITS tokens (HBARX, BONZO, DOVU, KBL, PACK) with Hedera (lock/unlock) and Base (mint/burn) chain mappings and CoinGecko IDs.

Includes new token icon assets under images/tokens/ for these additions.
