This release for both Raspbian Lite(console) and Desktop (X11)

• Qt 5.12.0 base / RPi EGLFS
• OpenCV 4.0.1 build win Qt
• /usr/local/bin/sysRPi3.sh script to install dependencies
• sudo ldconfig to update libs

raspi-config requiremets:

• to avoid EGL Error : Could not create the egl surface: error = 0x3003 in Qt it's necessary to allocate 128MB to GPU
• camera need to be switched on in raspi-config
