📂 Installation

1️⃣ Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/ayushh0406/swap-seva.git
cd swap-seva

2️⃣ Setup Environment Variables

Rename .env.example to .env and update the values:

# Backend
MONGO_URI=mongodb+srv://your-mongo-uri
FIREBASE_CREDENTIALS=your-firebase-key.json
ZEGOCLOUD_APP_ID=your_app_id
SECRET_KEY=your_secret_key

# Frontend
NEXT_PUBLIC_FIREBASE_API_KEY=your_api_key
NEXT_PUBLIC_ZEGOCLOUD_APP_ID=your_app_id
NEXT_PUBLIC_SOCKET_SERVER=http://localhost:8000

3️⃣ Backend Setup (FastAPI + MongoDB)

cd server
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate  # Linux/Mac
venv\Scripts\activate     # Windows
pip install -r requirements.txt
uvicorn main:app --reload

4️⃣ Frontend Setup (Next.js)

cd client
npm install
npm run dev

⚡ Usage

• Open http://localhost:3000 for frontend.
• Backend runs on http://localhost:8000.
• Make sure MongoDB and Firebase are configured correctly.
