Extend proxy support beyond SOCKS5 by introducing ProxyProtocol and expanding Proxy to include Socks4 and Http variants. Implement HTTP CONNECT handshake (with optional Basic auth) and use tokio-socks for SOCKS4/SOCKS5 flows, plus tokio-util compat to avoid over-reading. Update docs/comments across ping/join/join_opts/client_impl to reflect generic proxy support and add small tests for Proxy display and reqwest conversion. Also update Cargo.toml to add new dependencies and enable required features in azalea-protocol.
