Because we don't want Azimuth itself to be aware of the random suffixes, we need to introduce a Kubernetes App object that manages the underlying HelmRelease. Having Azimuth manage the HelmReleases directly was always a bit of a hack. The code will adopt any existing HelmReleases that represent apps by creating App objects for them.
